I've been knitting a lot lately on a throw I started a couple of years ago. I know...a couple of years?!
Yup! It's a LOT of knitting, it doesn't grow very fast, and I get bored with the slow progress.
But, I can officially say that it's past the halfway point! Yippeee!
Now, if I can just keep up the momentum!
Here it is as of this morning...
The pattern is called "Surrounded" and it's available on Ravelry.
I love the look of it!
Reds are always hard to get correct in pictures.
So, I took pictures in a few different places.
I'm don't think any of them are spot on but they're close.
Maybe I'll have it done by next winter. That would be nice.
HERE'S a link of when I bought the yarn for it and how it coordinates with fabrics for the room.

Wow! Well worth the wait I'd say, it looks amazing. Fingers crossed you get it finished ready for the cold weather.
That looks like it will be worth it in the end!
It's going to be wonderful to snuggle under next winter!
I often say I am glad yarn doesn't have an expiration date! Very pretty-keep up the good work; it will be worth it!
Hi! I don't knit but love the look of it. That is a beautiful pattern. I am new to your blog and your newest follower,
Judy
I do like the pattern AND the color!
It is going to be well worth all of your hard work when it is done.
Hugs,
Meredith

It's just simply lovely!
Happy weekend,

That is a truly beautiful stitch-- and I love the red yarn. It's going to be fabulous when finished-- but I totally understand how tiring it is do do a repetitive stitch:)
Xoxo
