The Letter "K"

Wow!...My alphabet photo challenge post is actually on time this week!
Actually, I have a full week ahead and knew I needed to get it done now or I wouldn't be able
to until next weekend.  So, here it goes....this week is brought to you by the letter....

Keys...

One of the Keys to my happiness is Knitting...

This is my never-ending Knitted throw that I started last year.
It's growing slowly and I'm hoping to finish it someday!  ;-)
I love the pattern!  And, it's thick, squooshy and warm.

Here are some of my straight Knitting needles in a case
I made with leftover quilt fabric and vintage lace...

 My circular Knitting needles...

Some of my interchangeable Knitting needles...

My Knitting and all things yarny tool box...

Miniature Knitting...

I love to listen to KVCR/National Public Radio when I'm in my craft studio...

And, my Kitty Knitting companion and furry best friend, Penelope...

How about some Kings?  I enjoy playing cards on my Kindle and smart phone.

I actually thought "K" was going to be a challenge until my friend reminded me that
Knitting started with "K".  Then, I was off and running because it's one of my favorite
things to do.  More ideas started coming to me but I ran out of time to get them all.

Have a wonderful week!  :-D

I love to play Free Cell on my iPad. Which do you play? I love that pattern on your throw. I can see it keeping you warm this winter!

And I didn't even think about your knitting when I threw out K words.

You make me wonder where all of my knitting needles are.

Well, you KICKED a field goal with that bunch! I didn't even think "kings". Good job!

I love Penelope's portrait!
That stitch pattern looks very smooshy and cozy indeed. I wouldn't be in a rush to finish knitting that throw, either ;) And your needle holder is gorgeous! Never realized it, but my needles are not getting the treatment they deserve!

Knitting! Of course! (smacks self in forehead) I had a very Kitty heavy post prepared, but now there are so many options!

Your needle case is a thing of beauty! And that throw - awesome sauce!!

Look at all your knitting things! I've always thought it would be wonderful to knit, but I don't really think I'm a patient enough person. If I were to take photos of things starting with the letter K, there would be lots of kitties :)

That throw!! It looks gorgeous. I've started a blanket, but I'm making it in squares (after knitting a bunch for 3-Square Appeal). I like the slowness of the work too :) Great "K" finds ... funny that you didn't think of "knitting" first of in your search for K's! Wendy
