I've been seeing "Throwback Thursday" posts and thought I'd join in on the fun.
I went back to my oldest digital photo folders and found these...
These were taken back when we had land and llamas.
That's Caramel Kisses in the top photo...aka Carmie Lou.
Such a sweet girl with the softest lips and such pretty eyes.
This is me hugging my fresh cut llama fiber!
Oh you lucky girl to have had llamas! I want some alpaca, we have the land but it would need fenced. We had to tear out all our old fencing as it was bad.

ReplyDeleteoh how wonderful-what did you make with the llama fiber?
ReplyDeleteWow you had a llama that is so neat.
ReplyDeleteHave a Merry Christmas!!
Oh that fiber... it's calling me, lol!!! What a cute llama. I wanted llamas or alpacas and sheep but with the fibro that was not meant to be *sigh* Next best thing, buy the raw fiber and process it from critter to yarn! :D

Looks so cozy.
ReplyDeleteSeriously?! You had land AND llamas?! You must have a throwback day to tell us all about that sometime :) I love to hear of what people have done in their lives. You know I've dreamed of alpacas (only because they're the smaller version of llamas). They all have such beautiful eyes ... and coats! Wendy x
ReplyDeleteOh how cute! I can't believe you had llama's, they are such wonderful creatures. i bet you miss them.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
