This week's alphabet photo challenge is the letter "E".
This letter seemed challenging until I started wandering around the house with my camera.
Then, all of a sudden I started finding "E" things.
Here's what I found...starting with the most obvious...
This "E" is on a metal "Texas" sign and star that hangs over our fireplace...
This "E" is on a sign hanging above the landing of our stairway.
The sign is from an old antique store and is six or seven feet tall.
This little blue "E" is from a set of letters I painted when I was dating my husband about 25 years ago. I took him on a date one evening and we went to various places. I'd wrapped each one individually.
I gave him a little package to unwrap at each stop and made sure he received the letters in random order. By the time we got to the last place, he had all the letters to spell "I love you".
Embroidery Floss...
Embroidery, Embroidery hoop, and Embroidery needles...
A tiny leather Elephant my aunt made when she was a child...
A bigger Elephant a cousin gave me last year...
Eleven O'clock...
An "E" chord on the harp...
Another "E" chord on the harp...with two hands...
A cast iron Ewe...
Eyelet lace...
And, a Silver Dollar Eucalyptus...

Those are wonderful - I am struggling with mine this week and may only have the 2 or 3.
Isn't it wonderful how the brain suddenly gets into gear and the letter pops up all around you? You are clearly a very literary person.
Nice post...enjoyed your "E".
Wonderful and imaginative! I never thought of an E chord! I think what people are coming up with to photograph has been very interesting.
Wow! That's a lot of "E's"!
Well done! I store my embroidery floss the exact same way!
